loki 01, Perhaps the one you were thinking of was Emperor Mines in Fiji. Like the Grand old Duke of York, Phat Profits marched it up the hill & down again. Their research seemed pretty good, but the complex geology & tight funds were too much for the company in Fiji. Mind you, they produce a good newsletter but much too expensive for the average reader. Have had some great hits to match the misses.In these hard times they should bring their prices in line with reality. They do have a little el cheapo lite (alcohol free)version for the internet. I think Red Back in Ghana was one of theirs, & that copper mine in Pakistan- Thundelarra(?). Many others. I wouldn't dream of calling them False Prophets- a chopping offence in Saudi Arabia.I used to wonder if they'd confiscate my copy of Fat Prophets & haul me off to the Committee for the Preservation of Virtue & Elimination of Vice.
