Fwiw, i was involved in a not dissimilar SPP last year that was oversubscribed. As I had paid by EFT the excess funds to the wind back were credited back to my account within 5 business days, which was quite satisfactory imo.
Finally, comparing the respective capital raisings of TLG and PLS is not logical - the two are for completely different reasons and amounts, and the respective companies are at completely different stages of their development.
Regardless, each to their own......
