that the Gvt needs to see “IF” the entities can actually afford to drill PEP11
is probably correct.
I’m sure David Breeze would have worked out
all the funding details long ago.
These will no doubt be disclosed to the market shortly.
So there will not be an “IF”
It will be presented to the GVT. as a fully costed and funded deal.
