I think the scheme has some big problems getting through in its current draft form.

They have to invite comment from clients who may have all sorts of ideas about how to fix it. Otherwise it would just be thrown out. Once comments have been made and ruled on then it it is more likely that the court will be satisfied to ratify the scheme.

The litigation groups will all make submissions, for sure.

Once that phase is all clered up it may make the proof of claims quicker, or it may just drag on forever.

Seems likely to go on for a bit more, I'm afraid but Judges are fairly stubborn people and I am not sure you can turn up with any sort of "vibe" arguments and expect to get them through.
