Held AJM previously and sold out at a loss. I only blame myself and not any poster with either up/down ramping post whether factual or otherwise. If one is old enough to buy shares then one should be old enough to do their own research and take responsibility for their decisions - no one forced me to buy nor sell - the buck stops with me (or in this case many a buck left me). All I can do is to put it down to a very costly undesirable experience, try to learn from it and move on. Any suggestion of litigation of any kind just prolongs the pain and uncertainty by years.

Having said that, have empathy for anyone that lost their hard earned - its an absolutely devastating outcome. AIMHO.
