It appears to me that ASIC is not playing fair game.

It obviously pick and chooese who and when it want to prosecute someone.

You made a mention of their inaction of what has been happening with CVI, and I may add ADY to the list. (I made a mention of both of these before myself).
WHY?????????

Is is because, while there is money with FMG and they can enforce, (IF THEY WIN THAT IS), a heavy fine an awarded costs, while on the other hand, if they do the same with CVI and ADY, they will get nothing???

Too much te drinking and doing very little there day in and day out there, lol.
Why did it take all of tehse years to bring it to Court, lol.

One has to wonder, what type of useless monster, and toothless tiger, (Taxpayer funded that is), we have there.

And, if they ever plan to do anything with CVI and ADY, by the time they will get to it, the people responsible will already be enjoying life in the Bahamas or Brazil where they can't be touched.

Look at what they are doing with the market manipulation, which is supposed to be under their control, and ASX. NOTHING, ZILCH, NIENTE....

If you write to them, you will get an automated response, and then.......wait, lol.

As they say, tigers will only go and look for food when they are hungry, If you keep them well fed, they simply eat, and lay down, AND SLEEP.
