    Fair enough.
    I thought Canada was about the best way to extract the PGE's in addition to the nickel. So not about quantifying a resource or reserve but the best method to maximise the economics. The oxidised ore messed up the extraction efficiencies and by doing so also took potential tonnes (oxidised ore) out of any future mining project (in effect reducing the as yet unknown resource/reserve).
    I think management believe the shallow deposits are most valuable if all the metals can be efficiently exploited AND if they find more of the same ore. I don't think management believe it is commercial yet.

    p.s. I'm guessing there's a huge chunk of nickel at Mt Alexander and I'm hoping SGQ finds it. biggrin.png
