Don’t forget that one option management have is to negotiate a partnership with milestones. Scenario is a buyout offer comes along, management think it doesn’t fairly value the company so negotiates a partnership ( buyout happens a few years later ).
If a preclinical company can achieve a partnership with USD $55M upfront and USD $1.1B in milestones, what do you think RAC can achieve.
