Institutions were willing to buy in at 4c when the SP was 4.3c. I think they would be long term holders, and looking for a lot more than a quick flip.

Lind has a CN with just $850k left to repay. I'm sure that Nuheara with an extra $11.5m in its pocket will be able to pay that out.

I think there are a number of possible January news items - any of which could cause the share price to rise markedly.
Here are some I can think of:

• A pay out of the Lind CN
• Naming or revealing of the Institutions who took part in the CR
• A substantial holder notice from one or two of the CR institutions
• A launch of the HP/NUH product at CES21 between 11th Jan and 14th Jan
• The 4C due by 31st January (last 4c was on 19th of month) - This 4C to show over $5m receipts and possibly the first HP order
• Unexpected news

I can't see any headwinds at all. And I don't see the above items of news of the company progressing as "pumps".
