Being unlisted it is highly likely that they won't be transferable i.e. able to be sold. Effectively if/when you want to convert the options to listed shares you'd contact the company, arrange payment (of 4cps) and then they'd issue you with listed shares.
Edit: per the Ann. it is possible that they might lust them in the future, which would make them tradeable.
