guys, just got home from a trip, just in time to see what I would consider to be close to the end of this company in it's current form.

The anger against Robbie Brothers is unjustified. It takes a lot of guts for a director to stay on a Board where he is the dissenting voice. Trust me it is easier to walk away than be classified along with the other directors as being...ummm...unworthy. No director fee is worth staying in this case.

I'm sure the truth will come out in time, however whether you believe me or not, Robbie Brothers was one of the good guys as stated by some posters here.

The audit report, I stated in an earlier post, rang the warning bells; the company secretary resigning "immediately", and as Angry said, without MS knowing, and a director resigning to the conmpany secretary, not the Chairman which is the norm, and then copying this to ASIC??.... well I'm not sure what else anyone can say.

It will be an interesting couple of months from here I would think.
