There are always index funds if you aren't prepared to accept the risks of underperformance...
Not trying to sound mean... just a fact.
No manager gets it right all the time... in fact over 90% never even manage to meet, let alone beat the benchmark.
Thus the continual rise of ETFs and passive funds.
