Perpetual payment is not the worse case scenario. If it was your 100% right (it shouldn't be trading here). There is alot of pressure on these property groups so the reality is it is pretty likely (the market believes this) that they will stop paying interest at some point.

Having said that at some price the discount compensates for this risk. At $30 I'm not sure. At sub $20 i'm happy to buy.
