Probably should have taking some photos.
The seafood Paella was looking really good, as a last minute decision, I'd bought some partially cooked mussels and pipi's to bulk it up, when really for two people we had way too much seafood already.
When I'd put the mussels and pipis in, I added the juice from both ( which is all flavour), sadly it was a bit on the wet side.
Lessons learnt make it a lot drier,in the beginning, if adding mussels and pipis, because there's a lot of juice from them.
Good news, I found some Barbadillo Manzanilla ( seafood) and some Tio pepe fino sherry ( ham)
Extra good news ,I have plenty of both left over.
