In the vehicle market, I've always thought that the distributor/ion cost setup a significant barrier to entry.
Unless a new entrant has product differentiation that is tangible, I'd favour existing setups.
My opinion only, and with this new paradigm of EV's I might be swayed, but would have to be a decent differentiation argument.
All my humble opinion of course.
