Similar situation to another holding I have, as I posted earlier.
In terms of the development of the business this is great news. And having a big fund join the register is a real positive and a massive vote of confidence.
This should give Sensen the money to accelerate growth and make a step change as a company.
No actual income/receipts in the deal so the market will see only the dilution.
I'd expect the SP to fall back to around the CR level. Some short term pain for holders but a necessary step for moving forward.
