Hi Utah
My average is 25 cents (although I made a loss on some EER shares sold in the past).
I emailed my spreadsheet to Mark Basso. I was buying EER shares yesterday.
I do like Mark Basso. He has actually made an investment in EER (as opposed to Terry Byrt, who sold Mark Basso his share of the project).
I think the JORC will be good because I have read the old Theiss report on http://www.ansettresources.com/
From memory, it is low grade steam coal, around 44% carbon, but high quality due to a low level of impurities.
For me, for the purposes of transparency, I think the JORC should be released before the closing date of the capital raising. If that cannot happen, my view is the closing date should be extended until the JORC is released.
I really think the JORC should be released first and then a subsequent capital raising should have no options.
A company with a JORC resource does not need to provide incentive by handing out cheap options.
