Tells me;
The 5 day average ending Jan 13 if the price is "higher" than 5.34
or
if the price is less then 5.34 then that price (if lower) will be the "Final" price on close of the 13th. Adding the 2% discount either way.
How is that weird?
The company "Zip" is being absolutely fair to everyone via this offer.
The only way the price is going to drop is if weak holders or holders in desperate need of cash/funds sell.
My opinion is, sellers that do sell might not be able to get back in without further loss while buying in higher.
Of causer Goodfella and other shorters are about to reply with some dynamic crap saying the price should be low 5's when in fact they know their days are numbered!
