Haha - I agree - no offence meant to anyone - but while experience is vital on its own its not enough (look at AJM/A40) I'm in the above 50 y/o range so i'm in the same category and in a number of companies I have researched and invested in I generally like to see the wiser/older 'dogs' at the top leading some hungry talented peeps (with as many Phd's as possible) along the very tricky paths that high end business/project management involves (take AXE/TLG for example) - my comment is from an observation/reading of the management page: do you feel they are all talented people when it comes to nimbleness and hunger/drive to achieve ? Any feed back on the people they are leading (number of staff etc) Again thanks for your input.

PS. i am going through each of them and seeing what videos/presos/interviews i can find on them - So far Chris Reed is feeling good.

Also i do love NMT cash position!

Primarily i'm looking for Nickel plays.
