It looks like solid support building to me. 18c low but only $17K worth of shares. 18c is pretty much my own buy in price, so I am happy to sit. Especially with buy volume approaching 2x the sell volume.
But there maybe some rough seas ahead.
Re capital raise. Not convinced it will be open to all shareholders. I'm thinking they would prefer a couple of strategic partners with a common destiny. Like an Intel, Hitachi, etc. who would add more than money to the equation.
