I'm not 100% certain regulator, but I don't think they count at all. Our options were only an option to purchase a share at a later date.
Will be hoping for everyone that some miracles happen, and a board can be put in by the regulators to keep it going. Smyth may be kicking and screaming, and I'd expect him to deny everything still.......after all, I do see him as a pathological liar.
