Thanks, and I guess my follow up question would be: why then hasn't someone like IBM already developed their own chip that can operate at room temperature yet? Assume if AXE states that it's able to be done - why hasn't someone with (seemingly) limitless resources already done it? Ie. purchase the 12cq patent off AXE and done it themselves? To me it means that either they don't think it can be achieved/don't see it as a high priority to propel QC forward.
