This is left field and very optomistic so please take it as a long shot.
But what if they knew they have been the one dong all the buying lately so the chances of it getting taken out are pretty remote.
They were trying to get people to sell down to .02 or see if anyone else was buying.
NOw that they know there isnt anyone selling (at .02) or buying aT .03 they now step back and keep buying at .03.
Because what could have possiably changed between 4pm yesterday and today if you were selling at .03.

As i said so a very long shout and probaly off the mark but just putting it out there
