Its hard to try to time the market perfectly every time. I hate being in cash and on the sidelines and miss out on a entry that does not come again. I am sure the SP is going to have its ups and downs before next months dividend announcement. As long as the IO price stays near $100 the current share price is well under valued in comparison to its peers PE ratio IMHO.
