Not that I am a substanial holder of this company, but it seems surprising to be cold called for participation in the SPP, yet have my allocation scaled back. To encourage investment from existing holders at a discount is noteworthy but to then scale everyone back due to oversubscription is puzzling. Happy to take part but why not grab the extra $$ on offer for expansion.
