Hey phantom GWW, did you know thousands lose their money by listening to licensed financial advisers? Many have also been defrauded by licensed businesses as you can see from billions and billions of penalties handed to them. In addition, thousands of buildings designed by licensed engineers have collapsed or been condemned. And many lives have been lost at the hands of licenced medical professionals. But these are probably just the tip of the fraudbergs
