I'm embarrassed. My math was bad.. at 30c, they'll both be at about 150% profit.
Shares: 30c - 12c = 18c. 150% profit.
Options: (30c - 20c) 10c - 4c = 6c profit. 150% profit.

However, the options will accelerate in profit faster. To add another 100% profit is only another 4c on the Options, however its 12c on the Shares. For every 12c (100%) share price growth, the options could grow in value by 300% (4c into 12c = 300%)

Meaning, at 40c:
Shares: 40c - 12c = 28c profit = 330% profit
Options: (40c - 20c = 20c) - 4c = 16c profit = 500% profit

Maybe I should just sleep...
