    Hi all,

It's been a while since I posted on RAP thread. I find it less and less motivational for me to post here because 2020 has been absolutely brutal for RAP. Started off at 31c and closed at 8.5c, a loss of 74%. There's no denying in that - these are the facts.

There were definitely positives in 2020 such as integration with Australian telehealth partners Coviu & Phenix, SleepCheck launched internationally, adoption of ResAppDx COVID-19 respiratory clinic...etc.

But one thing TK and its BOD has failed to demonstrate over and over again is: how is ResApp going to successfully commercialise its technologies to become a profitable company? Yes there are commercial deals in place and potentially more to come in the near future from Europe. But what exactly is the business model and how much is ResApp going to get from those deals? Since we're now in "revenue phase", how come SHs still don't know how much of the "$5-$10 per test" are we actually receiving. I'm also struggling to understand why is it so difficult for TK & Co to provide an estimate of revenue. Unless, even they don't know how much to expect which in that case, how can investors value the company?

For me, strike one was the poorly run initial US clinical trial. Strike two was the rejection of FDA application.

Now, termination of MOU with RB was the final strike and I've decided to completely sold out of RAP. I've invested in RAP for nearly 4 years and I believe I've given it enough patience.

IMO the technology works and it still has potential. But unfortunately, the leadership group has no idea how to take it to the next level, generate revenue and create wealth for shareholders, to put it bluntly. I believe the only way to turn things around is to put a CEO who's able to negotiate and sign material deals quickly and TK to step down as technical advisor or a director.

I guess I'm lucky that I've taken profit whenever I could and overall I'm very fortunate to have only lost a small amount of my investment. I truly hope RAP can revive in 2021 and when it does, I might consider buy it back. But until TK do something about it, unfortunately it could mean more of the same and more CR in the future.

Also wanted to thank all the fellow SH who have contributed their time and effort to post it here and inform others. You know who you are. Others who who still blindly defend RAP & TK for every negative news that's been released and attack posters who don't agree with them, time for you to look in the mirror and face the reality.

It's hard for me to post this as I was one of the biggest believers & advocates for RAP. But that's in the pass and it's time to move on.

    GLTAH and DYOR
