One has to wonder what they will do if they dont get the money???? I can only assume they went big on the institutions initially knowing that the SPP was unlikely to be successful without significant success between now and then......were they being greedy, or do they need every penny they tried for?????


When it comes to the SPP...if this sucker is going down its not taking another penny of my money.....
