    Cost depends on the size of the smelter, but they are available off-the-shelf. JRV just bought a second hand one in Brazil for a few milliion USD. BSX pan is to go with the hydromet plant, it will be much greener than say BHP's Kalgoorlie's smelter which uses a great deal of heat, energy and discharges a slag. Being a green producer will add a lot to BSX share price and differentiate it from its peers.
