Perhaps the following will answer your question, I got this response from BON a few days ago:-
Regarding your question about receiving an offer letter from MAK.
The Bonaparte share registry monitors shareholders who join the registry after the Record Date (being March 23rd). They then send them a Bidder Statement and an Acceptance Form from Minemakers. They have advised that they will be doing this next week.
