Seriously, how do the ASX and ASIC allow this to happen.
Even more bizzare is the fact this has been going on for months yet so far no notices of changes or new substantial holders. One summary I saw seemed to indicate Rce has a relatively low institutional holding so curious where this manipulation keeps coming from. I guess under current rules they can set up multiple accounts and as long as all remain below 5% no requirement to report??
I guess bottom line Is if it is insdtitutional manipulation hopefully they are building a position and at some point will need to.let the handbrake off??
