Regardless of what must happen, or what can happen.........JT must initiate it...his removal is a non starter.....he is the Company.

He has personally raised all the money in the last 4 years....thus it is "His" company...his responsibility ......he is well compensated for it also.

Nothing is a greater waste of time right now, for a Company, in this position, to focus on Management replacement.

And by the way, he knows what to do, it is just hard, as are most aspects of running a Cyber Security company right now.
