So no inherent large retraction when new shares are released on market? The share price will increase % wise more than the expected retracement. Essentially, climb "20%" and see a pull back of "15%" but still be up 5% overall even with the release of shares.
From a risk management and exposure perspective would people like to minimise their position especially with the price approach its "all time high" in 5 years. Yes, lithium future with supply and demand will be in-favour for PLS in the next 5 years. I am looking are the course of sales are the volume is being easily moved and there is currently 102m in short sell positions according to Iress. I am looking it very much at a psychologically and in term of sentiment and emotions.
