140 mmbbl x 21% = 29.4 mmbbl

So you reckon Chinguetti alone is worth over $30/bbl clear to Hardman AFTER capex, AFTER opex, AFTER government take, AFTER tax, AFTER Ted Scott and Alan's cheapie options, .... ????

I don't think so. Try something like $5-$10/bbl max.
