Could be a number of things Rick, recent $1.70 issue have bailed at a handy profit. The half yearly is imminent and the amount of spending with new salespeople, “acceleration”, costs of CR’s are not going to look pretty at all on that balance sheet without a positive production announcement.
Extra patents were only lodged last month, patents generally mean delays.
Hence another CR is probably on the cards but hopefully they can wait more than 5 months this time, the market will soon and very soon run out of patience with this management team if they need capital every 6 months, and that capital is diluted my raising costs before the shareholders are even hit with their dilution.

Surprised they didn’t hold late in trade today, yet nothing surprises me with WBT.
