Look at what we have. A very rich gold resource which is shallow (so far) and easy to dig.
Add also that it is easily treatable for a high return by heap leaching. ie cheap processing.
Where else have you got that?

Also, now we have neighboring tenements that also have potential, and if, not will provide some welcome dilution product to our very rich stuff.
