Given BITCOIN is at an all time high along with Carosa's new net worth it is no wonder this accumulation is occurring.

Along the way CROWD AGENCY not only has marketed for bitcoin & crypto currencies but was incubating & nearly had its own ICO (CROWD Pixel)
Any JV with Banxa is only going to increase our exposure & probably explode our SP - one can only sell up to the big fish who are going to hold the shares or wait for our CEO to announce the Fintech - no brainer.
