This is as high risk as it comes, not because we are speculating the product does or does not work as we know it does. It's just COVID. Oil companies are still recovering from COVIDs onslaught and also the oil price war. Someone is slowly buying up imo, would be good to see the top20 soon
Now the price of oil is ramping we should hit $60 by Q2
