Potential changes of ownership/strategy/heart with partners are exactly the reason why you have contracts!
We were told that if CFU met the conditions then the order _would_ follow, not _might_ follow. How is that not misleading? Was there a clause in the contract that said it didn't apply if Nuon gets taken over, and if so, why weren't we told? That ethereal "order" was an important part of achieving sufficient scale to be profitable before the funding ran out.
