Yes well overdue for a company update on Hemp, sea grape, etc... yes they missed the boat last time, poor form SCU management with their basic response in December.
check out CHK's ASX query response this morning, now that's how you do a response - seriously check it out. good idea to send it to SCU management to educate them, when it comes to their limited PR skills.
