Clearly someone has been accumulating this stock over the last few days.
Its always worth watching the options too as that's always a good indication that the SP is about to move substantially higher.
The problem the buyer has is that there are not many shares on offer for sale so they will have to keep pushing the SP higher if they want to increase their holding.

Maybe this is the year when management finally deliver on something and loyal shareholders can finally make decent money out of this stock.
It will only take one or two positive announcements and the stock will take off as its MC is still only $45M
