We saw two months ago with the first and subsequent vaccine news that Mr Market is looking at REIT as post covid.
I picked up VCX at a bargain as many did when Vic came out of lockdown.
Now REIT is stagnating to retracing slightly with local covid news.
I am confident in the way our pollies/public servants are handling this- but no not perfectly. And vaccines to roll out here maybe next month.
So I will be holding- and looking for more opportunities with any further weakness. Until, eventually, it is risk on again with REIT.
