It’s been a fantastic rally and as with any rally, it won’t go up in a straight line forever. A pull back is healthy and we are certainly overdue for one.
Markets usually turn at bullish or bearish extremes and a turn is now very close which will give many of us another entry opportunity.
The prema bears are again likely to sit on the sidelines and point to the economic picture. I reckon that they are simply ‘afraid to trade’.
An interesting week or two are ahead IMHO.
