Agree 100% Ash. An friendly end is much safer than a litigated one. If CFU were to have pursued them, I am sure they wouldnt have made all those lovely comments about the technology, its level of development and fact that it met all requirements.
The point is there has been a major shack up in the Dutch energy and distribution sector and it is not clear that CFU units (power generators) fall within the scope of Nuon's new business.
I see the continued participation of KBC (a Belgian) as a sign that Benelux investors see some potential in this technology. Almost every house and appartment building in Belgium has in floor water heating. While houses might be interesting, appartment buildings would be an absolute monty for this technology and the cost wouldnt be too much of struggle either.
