Agreed. I vaguely recall hearing opinion of a perfect world funding target of 1/3 debt, 1/3 NAIF and 1/3 equity to meet total requirements. Obviously all contingent on sign off from NAIF and commercial lending decision makers as to what the optimal break up ends up being in the eyes of management.
My thoughts are that should all the stars align, and the support of external funding sources at whatever %s be forthcoming that the market will unquestionably read this as onwards and upwards. I’m sure we’ll be able to set up a ‘For those who sold helpline’ thread on HC to talk them through their decision while subtly asking “wtf we’re you thinking!?!”
