no, I dont beleive you can add your own resolutions, but if you had 5% of the vote you could call another general meeting which if organised in time it would likely follow on after the first general meeting......... and propose your own resolutions....ultimately they would need to meet with directors or healys approval otherwise you would not get the votes...if you had one, I suspect you wouldnt need the other.....give me an Email on [email protected]
