Hi Doug (and others). I'm just getting my head around the past announcements this morning so apologies if this is wrong but does not the wearable tech - being a monitoring device not just provide early warning to inform the patient to go to the waiting room / ward? My experience with telehealth is that the advice you get is very conservative and at the hint of anything slighty out of the normal your told to go to the hospital.
