Karll, My guess is CTP have simply given themselves some time to do the regulatory paperwork.
From the ann "Shares quoted on an “ex” basis 21 April 2009" I presume those holding shares at the end of trading on 20 April gain their rights which will appear in our portfolios on 21 April ready for trading if we wish.
I guess that the company would have to Record those with the rights again after the trading ends on 15 May 2009. By then I assume some rights owners will not be share holders...having simply bought their rights on market.
