Sake barbecue:
Marinate for at least an hour the following:
2 kg chicken fish or meat.
½ cup sake.
¼ cup fish sauce.
¼ cup soy sauce.
¼ cup olive oil.
¼ cup Worcestershire.
2 tablespoons liquid honey.
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
1 teaspoon jerk paste.
